§ 2 General Information on Data Processing

We process the personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. II. Retention Period

Session cookies are deleted automatically when the browser is closed. Persistent cookies are deleted after their respective retention periods expire.

§ 6 Contact (Contact Form / E-mail)

I. Scope of Processing

Our website provides a contact form for electronic enquiries. The data entered into the form is transmitted to and stored by us. Alternatively, you may contact us using the e-mail address provided on the website.

II. Legal Basis

Where consent has been given, processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where the enquiry relates to pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract, processing is additionally based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

III. Retention Period

The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. Data submitted via the contact form or by e-mail will be deleted once the conversation has ended, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
