Marlene Steinacker

My name is Marlene Steinacker. I am 21 years old and currently studying Law at the University of Bayreuth. Alongside my legal studies, I am pursuing additional coursework in Business Administration to combine legal expertise with economic knowledge. I also work at a law firm in Bayreuth, where I continue to gain valuable practical experience.

Supporting others has always been important to me. At Gu Connect UG, I contribute primarily in the areas of legal affairs, business administration, and organizational management. I am responsible for coordinating internal processes, supporting the company’s legal framework, and helping drive its continued development.

Thanks to my mother’s Chinese heritage, I have had the opportunity to visit her hometown of Shanghai regularly since childhood. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation of both the cultural differences and the many similarities between Germany and China. They also help me better understand the challenges people face when starting a new life in a different country.

Founding Gu Connect UG has been an exciting and rewarding experience. It has taught me valuable lessons about entrepreneurship, responsibility, and teamwork. My goal is to support people as they begin their journey in Germany and to work alongside our founder to make their transition into a new environment as smooth and successful as possible. 

I look forward to contributing to the future growth of Gu Connect and continuing to develop our company together.
